Amazigh Girl Matters is a non-profit organization founded by the end of 2019. It’s the first NGO run exclusively by Amazigh girls from different areas of Morocco. We are open to new members to fight along with us to vindicate Amazigh women’s rights. Each founder has a unique story related to feminism, gender equality, and sacrifices. What unites us is our passion to empower financially disadvantaged women by helping them obtain leadership and entrepreneurship. We have reached cooperation with many other human rights organizations, the Moroccan government, the French Embassy, and more.
Our organization is reported by the 77-year-old German newspaper Junge Welt (March 23rd, 2024)
Thanks to the Tamuri program funded by European Union in Morocco. Our association Amazigh Girl Matters is celebrating the new funding dealing with the #Coop_Teck project. This professional networking opportunity is going to make our mission possible, especially in the rural and isolated zone based in Tiznit province. Keep up the solid cooperation for Amazigh girls and rural women.
